Agency History

1987 was the year that New Richmond Insurance Agency opened its doors with new owners Bruce Bottolfson and Derril Yerigan. The company was small, Bruce and Derril strived to treat their customers with excellent customer service and honest advise. With these ideas in mind the company has grown significantly over the last 22 years. By 1998 they added staff and we had out grown our office space. We started making plans for a larger office. We opened the doors at 1225 N Knowles Ave in May 1999.

What We Do

Our agency currently offers policies with a wide variety of options for our customers with more than 20 companies. Our current staff has grown to nine full-time and one part-time employees. To serve our customers, our agency utilizes the most up to date technology, this allows us to work efficiently and not lose sight of the need for contact with our customers.

The majority of the Agency's business is providing insurance protection to individuals and families. We also offer a wide range fo business insurance products including retail, wholesale, service, construction, daycare, and farm sectors. We also offer insurance protection for commercail auto, general liability and accident coverage for the trucking industry.
