Bruce Bottolfson
Owner; Agent
Bio: I was born and raised in Amery, Wisconsin. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. In 1979 I went to work for an insurance company. In 1987 I moved to New Richmond and started our agency with Derril Yerigan.

My background is with business insurance specializing in providing insurance for the trucking industry. I also provide personal insurance as well. I am married with two teenage children. Much of my spare time involves getting them to their many activities. I also enjoy golf, hunting, fishing, and reading.

Derril Yerigan
Owner; Agent
Bio: I was born in eastern South Dakota, but raised in Minnesota. I graduated from Mankato State University in 1982 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. In 1995 I earned my Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

I began my insurance career in Marshfield, Wisconsin as a personal lines agent in 1985. I was offered an opportunity to open New Richmond Insurance Agency with Bruce Bottolfson in 1987. I focus my efforts on personal insurance, but enjoy the unique challenges of commercial insurance as well. When not working I enjoy hunting, fishing, and boating with my two sons. I am also a scuba diver involved in both recreational diving and as a member of Interstate Divers, a search and recovery team. 

Doug Mills
Agent
Bio: I was born and raised in central Illinois, lived in Kansas for a short period and moved to New Richmond, Wisconsin in 1989. I worked in the retail industry for 24 years before coming to work for New Richmond Insurance Agency in 2001 as a licensed producer in both Wisconsin and Minnesota for personal and commercial lines accounts and life and health insurance in Wisconsin.

Megan Murray

Bio:I was born and raised in Stillwater, Minnesota. In November of 2000 I moved to New Richmond, Wisconson and started my career in the insurance industry specializing in personal lines insurance sales and processing. I moved to Northern California in 2006, taking a break from my career. After 4 years in California, I decided that Wisconsin is where my heart lives and moved back home. I started my postion at New Richmond Insurance Agency February 1, 2011 as a Licensed Customer Service Agent. I look forward to meeting all the current and new customers here. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, my pets, my family and friends. LIVE LAUGH LOVE!

Theresa Vogelpohl
CSA Personal Lines
Bio: I was born in Owatonna, MN; raised in Lake Elmo, MN and graduated from Stillwater High School. I attended technical college and have worked in the service industry for the past 25 years. In 2001 my husband and I move to the New Richmond area. In October of 2003 I joined the New Richmond Insurance Agency team as a licensed Customer Service Agent. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog and our many friends. I enjoy camping, fishing, and anything to do with the animal world.

Judy Moon
CSA Commercial Lines
Bio: I was born and raised in Altoona, Iowa and moved to Wisconsin in January of 2001. My husband and I have a home in New Richmond, Wisconsin with our daughter. I have been in the insurance business since graduating from Southeast Polk High School in Iowa. I started out as a receptionist/typist, then a claims processor. I managed an insurance agency specializing in SR-22 clients and finally became Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. Since moving to Wisconsin, I have worked at New Richmond Insurance Agency. First as a personal lines CSA and currently as the agency's Commercial Customer Service Agent. I enjoy my job and most important my customers. Away from the office, I enjoy being a wife and mother, reading and NASCAR. Go #24 Jeff Gordon!

Julie Newville
Bookkeeper; New Business Agent
Bio: I was born and raised in western Wisconsin and graduated from Amery High School. The New Richmond area is where I have chosen to work and live since high school. I completed course work at WITC in supervisory management and accounting, and have worked for New Richmond Insurance Agency since 2000. I obtained my property and casualty insurance license in 2006. Along with the bookkeeper and systems administrator for our agency I manage a small book of business for my clients. My husband and I enjoy camping and fishing with our daughter.

Anna Stanway
Licensed Receptionist
Bio: I am a life long resident of Somerset, WI. I graduated from Somerset High School in 1990 and the University of Wis. Stout with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education. My love of children's literature directed my career into the book publishing industry, where I have over 10 years of customer service and sales experience. I joined New Richmond Insurance Agency in January of 2006 as the agency receptionist. My husband and I enjoy spending our extra time fishing and spending time with family.
